The original chicken recipe was delicious! The chicken was incredibly tender, and the potatoes were fantastic as well. The biscuit was a bit dry, but it was still enjoyable. I also appreciated that they had raspberry tea Brisk available on tap! View all feedback.

The food was okay but not the KFC that I remember. I had my order delivered by Door Dash. I asked to have it handed to me but they didn't even ring my door bell. Left it outside where I could not reach it. (I am handicapped) VERY UPSET!! View all feedback.
I received spoiled coleslaw, and when I tried to address the issue with the manager, the service was even worse.
Speck Chicken has always been great, but I find the chicken wings a bit small. However, they truly make the best coleslaw in the world!
Because of her unhelpful attitude, I couldn't submit the required photo, which resulted in me losing money for driving all the way there. Additionally, I received a bad mark on my DoorDash account. She didn’t even inform the manager about the situation; she just slammed the window and left. Given her behavior, I believe she should be fired. She clearly does not belong in customer service if she can’t treat customers with respect. If she isn’t terminated, then it reflects poorly on the management and HR. I plan to report this incident to DoorDash because her conduct is completely unacceptable. I later discovered that she marked the order as picked up, which means I have lost money, and the customer doesn’t receive a refund either. Now the customer is upset with me because of this. I've tried to call the management, but no one was available to assist. If I lose my DoorDash account, at least she'll be aware that there are cameras in the drive-thru.
Cashier Moneif is the rudest woman I ever met. If you don't like your job don't work at a fast food place.
Terrible experience. I ordered an 8-piece original flavor chicken bucket, but the chicken was neither hot nor crispy. It was extremely soggy and lacked any flavor. I could only eat two pieces and had to throw the rest away.
