Additionally, I receiv... read more Because of her unhelpful attitude, I couldn't submit the required photo, which resulted in me losing money for driving all the way there. Additionally, I received a bad mark on my DoorDash account. She didn’t even inform the manager about the situation; she just slammed the window and left. Given her behavior, I believe she should be fired. She clearly does not belong in customer service if she can’t treat customers with respect. If she isn’t terminated, then it reflects poorly on the management and HR. I plan to report this incident to DoorDash because her conduct is completely unacceptable. I later discovered that she marked the order as picked up, which means I have lost money, and the customer doesn’t receive a refund either. Now the customer is upset with me because of this. I've tried to call the management, but no one was available to assist. If I lose my DoorDash account, at least she'll be aware that there are cameras in the drive-thru.

This place is shameful!!!Hey since I had to wait 10 minutes for hot wings at least they were fresh!
