Took 2 bites of it and it's already a half burri... read more I hate it when chipotle hires people who used to work at taco bell. The first picture is my daughter's burrito. Took 2 bites of it and it's already a half burrito. She was extremely hungry today due to people that stole her snacks at school. The secondpicture is my burrito. It was a bit bigger cause i added more things to it but disappointed and to my surprise I ask forfajitas, but no fajitas found when I was eating it. The burritos were fold the same way as the burritos from taco bell. Verybad job on current employees of chipotle's, not doing a good job training new employees. As customers we paid price to eat foodas it is supposed to be made from chipotle's. And not food that needs to be the same as taco bell.

They had no sense of urgency in preparing orders and there were several people waiting to pick up. Nothing in my burrito bowl orderwas correct. The chips tasted like they had been cooked in burned oil. The place was not very clean at all either. I reallyenjoy chipotle but I will definitely not be going back to this location.

No one working the line, zero sense of urgency or anyone moving with any sort of purpose, no apparent leadership from anyone in a management position. There are... read more No one working the line, zero sense of urgency or anyone moving with any sort of purpose, no apparent leadership from anyone in a management position. There are tons of customers waiting for orders but the staff is too busy dancing and/or being absolutelylazy. This is becoming more and more regular occurrence at Chipotle restaurants across the board and company leadership needs tostep up or shut down and stop wasting customers time and money.

But, my experie... read more Maybe finally getting better??? This Chipotle went down the tubes a few months back couldn?t order in person, long wait times, low quality food. But, my experience may indicate that things are back on the up and up. The food was pretty good, I could orderin person, and there was minimal wait. Great! I gave 4 stars only because the rice was a tad bit under done, and the employeesdidn?t provide the greatest customer service. Minor things overall.

I literally had 2 ti... read more Dear Management, please have your staff be consistent with portions. Please also have them refill the veggies/toppings in a timely fashion. I literally had 2 times the amount of fajita veggies than the customer in front of me, and she only received thedredges of the vegetables and no offers to wait and bring out freshly made grilled vegetables. There was noone behind us, andthe staff member did not even attempt to ask for more toppings from the back.
