Little Caesars - Beaver

Customer service is terrible. There were three other customers waiting for order. the first customer; they lost his order and he went without his order; he said I will contact my credit card and refuse to pay. The second customer they could not find his pizza and he was ready to go and they found his order; he told me that the same thing happened a year ago and I will never come back. The third customer opened their pizza box and said: this is not my order. The employee looked around and found their order in the online unit. She stormed the door. Three orders wrong and I was next and was not sure if I would get my order. I went out and in my car opened the pizza box and the pizza slipped over each other and I didn't go back to complain. I never go back. You're dead.

The employees here are fantastic and work incredibly hard. I order Little Caesars from this location at least every two weeks, and I’ve always had a great experience. It's a shame they don't get more recognition because their food is consistently amazing! Just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Who doesn't love Little Caesars? If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! I will say, though, they could use a bit more sauce on their pizza. A simple extra sauce request makes all the difference for me.

The quality of the restaurant has declined rapidly, but I still enjoy their pizza. They genuinely put in the effort to improve the dish and are generally friendly. However, there seems to be some disorganization and issues that need to be addressed.
