I sat their for 10 minutes this morning while they had 3 barristers behind the bar and one gentleman sitting and drinking his coffee and only one other person h... read more I sat their for 10 minutes this morning while they had 3 barristers behind the bar and one gentleman sitting and drinking his coffee and only one other person had come in to order and was very obviously a regular as they talked very nonchalant to two of the girls. This is the second time my order has mysteriously never went through their computer accidents happen glitches happen I get it. What I dont like is the fact that I sat there very obvious confused why my order wasn’t made as it was only a drink and my app said 3-6 minutes to be made and it had been well over that. Places do get busy but this place was not its 5:30 in the morning and I see 3 people very nonchalantly talking and moving around. But to not have any other orders and me sitting there clearly confused because I did go up to double check the 2 drinks that were already put up to make sure I did not just miss it. But they all just choose to sit their and not have the smallest bit of costumer service when I went to them asking about it I didn’t even get the slightest bit of care just a half annoyed women who clearly was as annoyed by my presence who showed no care or interest that I had been sitting their for several minutes. Again if the place was busy I would have more compassion but their is no reason why one of those lady’s couldn’t have said “we don’t have any orders right now and we see you have been sitting here waiting did you order something by chance”
