Uno de los mejores restaurantes donde he estado, en cocina, presentación, atención, elegancia, cuidado del detalle... En todos los aspectos. El menú es cerrado, pero todo está increíblemente bueno, presentado de forma elegante, pero con comida abundante. Un menú de entre 18 y 25 euros, con tanta calidad e innovación, es muy difícil e encontrar, y mucho más tan cerca de una de las metrópolis más importantes del mundo.... View all feedback.

Sembra chissà che, ma quando si notano le tendone scure che proteggerebbero la privacy dei clienti ma in realtà creano un'atmosfera sepolcrale, nonché il sale rosa dell'Himalaya (ancora c'è che lo ritene cosa fine, con tutti i costi ambientali che comporta: ma il sale della vicina Bretagna sarebbe ottimo!) sul tavolo, l'impressione cambia. The senso is a good gourmet restaurant. The place is simple, the very minimalist decoration. The lunch menu is simple, and for 25€ you eat really well. The dishes are well prepared, without too much wanting to play amateur virtuosos. The staff, though very guinated, is pleasant and thoughtful. We never lack water or bread. A good place on Beauvais.
An exceptional atmosphere. An exquisite elegance and refinement! Also divine dishes that are an angelic nectar for palet. My tributes to the chef and the servers (especially to the young waitress who is absolutely masterful). Thank you for this wonderful moment!
Friendly evening with friends. Very good service with our young children 2 and 5 years old. Very refined cuisine with some nice surprises of flavor associations. You can make your eyes closed. In any case we'll be glad to go back.
A very tasty and thoughtful cuisine. The associations of flavors are present and thoughts for one purpose: sublimate the dishes. From the mouth to the mignardises to the entrance and the dish, without forgetting the service in the room: no false note. It's all right, no ****. A great experience to live! A warm and welcoming place. Small care service throughout the meal. The Chief comes to see us at the end to find out if everything went well. A very good time. Thanks for the attention: the candle for my birthday.
In the end, a little disappointed.! We lived 3 experiences in a year. One night with a tasting menu. Really good, a kitchen certainly not dripping but fine and very pleasant. The second time we took the menu of the New Sylvester to take away. It was good but a little expensive for a wine-free menu (75 euros). But the main dish was not thought to be taken away and dessert was quite disappointing. We returned there a little for the formula noon to 25 euros. Disappointed by the entry fish croquette, the dish was rather successful and cooked but what to say of dessert a half-cooked chocolate (not cooked in a ramequin. Chocolate, flour and eggs...! A little what some do in case of big clothes in the evening in front of the TV! Very ominous and in my sense not worthy of the standing sought by the Senso. We made him friendly to the waiter (a great gentleman with glasses who seems to have taken the notice for him, didn't even answer us and brought us a plate of mignardise all dry (the ones served with the coffee without looking at us, without a word, without an excuse. Big disappointment because we are kind. Add 2 glasses of wine to 7th glass... The wine was too cold and a nameless platitude. That's my opinion. I know that the chef is gifted and that he knows how to do good things but even for a menu at 25 euros, we expect the house at least one faultless and that same without luxury foods.
