Her good call is well received. we sat in the red room with the long banquet, with other non-French but rather international couples. we enjoyed the multi-table conversation. after a beautiful cremant we ordered the 3-course menus. the persille jambon terrarine was excellent, and the...boeuf bourguignon had a very intense taste – many reduced wein in it – we loved it. and also the finish was delicious. the meal went well with their bourgogne côteaux les moines 2019. service was friendly and professional. we really enjoyed our meal, and we highly recommend.
