All the... read more We loved the quality, the precision and the details. The sushi and sashimi was most likely the best we have had in Europe, melt in your mouth delicate. All the food was delectable. The service was friendly, accommodating and efficient even when the small restaurant was packed full and they were clearly working very hard to provide such service. It’s clear that the ingredients are painstakingly sourced and chosen with care. The wine list is mind blowing. If you are not looking for a gastronomic experience with a wine selection that makes sommeliers cry you should find another restaurant. In response to the people complaining about portion sizes, have you never eaten at a gastronomic restaurant before? We left full and happy. We will definitely be back next time we are in Beaune. Don’t hesitate to reserve as it’s a small cosy place, and I highly recommend sitting at the bar so you can enjoy watching the chef.
