Especially since the sequel liv... read more Sitting at the bar facing the open kitchen, we had the pleasure of seeing the future chef at work and it was simply magnificent. Especially since the sequel lived up to the spectacle; these were quite simply the best sweetbreads I have ever tasted. The welcome and the service were not to be outdone and our charming hostess was able to suggest excellent wines which completed this memorable evening. Thanks to you two ! Service: Dine in
