Best jerky I have ever had. Especially the moruga one.
Jed's Jerky is situated within Death Valley Candy Nuts, which also features a gas station, ample parking for truck drivers, a Subway, an ice cream shop, and a deli. The jerky is tender and flavorful, with the venison being a standout. I sampled the Lemon Pepper Teriyaki flavor, and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and thoughtfully offered me a sample before I made my purchase. Thank you!
The restaurant is reasonably clean, although there was a stray cat wandering around the parking lot. They have more plush toys than jerky and candy for sale. The staff appeared somewhat annoyed while my friends and I were browsing the candy options. It's not a large place, but it’s a convenient stop when heading to Reno or Death Valley.
A must-stop destination in Beatty! It has everything a traveler could crave for a quick treat. The beef jerky is a bit pricey but truly outstanding. They also offer chocolate, cotton candy, unique bottled sodas, Pez, Pop Rocks, fresh local ice cream, Subway, and so much more!
Super awesome flavor on the jerky. But way over priced
