Wawa offers a mix of hits and misses at this particular location. While patrons appreciate the Italian hoagies, pretzels, and exceptional sandwiches, frustrations arise due to inconsistent service, particularly with food readiness and quality. Certain menu items, like the soup, fail to meet expectations, often being just broth. The ambiance after dark can be unsettling for some, compounded by the challenging parking setup. Overall, while the food quality shines at times, the experience can falter due to customer service issues and external troubles in the area.
Ordered food from the app few times.?Food was never ready on time (and we did arrive at least 5 min after it was due) or ingredients not available. Today, they never prepared the 2 smoothies we ordered. We left without them after waiting more than 10 minutes. Other Wawa in the area knows what they are doing! Not this one. Not to mention that getting out back to 40 from this Wawa is not convenient. Whoever designed it did not think it through.
We only come here when we don't feel like driving down 95 to Starbucks really wish this whole area would get cleaned up more you cant go in any business around rt 40 without having drama from some enraged driver there's always homeless(drug addicts) begging for money as soon as u walk out the door, but I do love wawa pretzels and their Italian hoagie tho and will never stop eating those until they discontinue or I die lmao and always get a dulche latte with an extra expresso always gives me a nice boost for the day!!!
When I actually go to the store after 10pm I?m actually scared, I?m the only white person and the music is blaring! In fact 3 times I went there after 10pm and the music was way too loud.
I love Wawa?but I never thought I would have to check my soup before leaving the store. I?m literally paying for a bowl of flavored broth. Change the selection from soup to broth if that?s what you?re serving! I?m fed up with the skimpy bowls of soupno matter size I order. Dreadful? absolutely dreadful.
I had to revise my original 5 star review of this WAWA store. As a loyal customer of WAWA, whether in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland...even in Florida, whenever I see a WAWA store, I can't help but go there because I love WAWA. In this WAWAstore today, the impatience was directly shown to the customer. Maybe her life or work was not going well, which led to herimpatience. But you can't bring this emotion to the face of customers. As a loyal customer of WAWA for more than ten years,this is the first time I have encountered such a clerk! If Google Map has negative five stars, I will not hesitate to givenegative five stars to the clerk of this store.
