I ordered the Nashville hot tenders and, even after confirming my order at the window, I was met with a curt "Yeah." Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the Nashville hot tenders. The plain tenders I got were a letdown—tasting like they were a day old, rubbery, and quite small. They definitely need to work on their service.

It said they were open until 9:00 p.m., so I made the drive over and got there at 8:01 p.m., only to find the restaurant completely closed with all the lights off. I was really let down. In the end, I decided to go to Royal Farms instead.

It was a Sunday afternoon, and it appeared there were only two staff members working in the kitchen. The woman who eventually took my order seemed very unenthusiastic. The menu was disappointing—there were no wedges, and I'm not sure when KFC decided to remove them, as they only offered fries. They also didn’t have any fire sauces or mini chicken sandwiches available. I couldn’t help but wonder what happened to the KFC I once enjoyed. To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of order, leaving only a secret drink station in the kitchen for refills, which was quite inconvenient. When we finally sat down, we were the only customers in the dining room at 2 PM on a Sunday. Overall, it was a rather disappointing place to have lunch.

From the annoying audio problems at the ordering station to the food pickup area, my experience fell short. It’s frustrating to repeatedly check if your order is correct, and no customer should have to go through that. When paying for a service, you expect a good to excellent experience that encourages repeat visits. Unfortunately, this is my second time encountering the same issues, and I will not be coming back to this location.

I was with someone who was rude and aggressive, and they accidentally took my order twice. Even though it was their mistake, they refused to correct it despite my repeated requests. In the end, they charged my credit card twice without any reason. I never received my order; they said it was on the way, but later I discovered they lied about the whole double order. I will never return to this KFC. Avoid these disrespectful people!
