Kenny's Pan Asian - Bear

One of my favorite restaurants I see Playboy very sad to close them June 25th door.

Been going to Kenny's for years now. Very friendly staff and nice environment. Food is great! Can get a little pricey, but worth it. Love the sushi and are very accommodating for my wife who is a vegetarian. Pineapple Fried Rice and Mango Chicken are the best. Sushi is always fresh and made to order.

All these reviews about poor service and issues with management or food quality are 100% false! Kenny, the owner, is almost always there and very friendly and accommodating. He usually has his wife and or daughter there as well and all are friendly and professional. The food is some of the best around, although a little more pricey, mainly due to the fact that Kenny uses only name brand ingredients instead of commercial grade kitchen warehouse ingredients. They have some of the best dishes, best cooks, and friendliest service you will find in this area for sushi. We have been going there for years and I can attest that the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. You will not find better in this area, I know because I've eaten at every sushi restaurant in Newark and Wilmington.

Wonderful environment for a private dinner or a cool group of friends. Clean, fast seating, contemporary jazz music background, low lighting, fast service. I don't drink but there is a large bar with lots of choices...tasty food.

The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent! I had the shrimp lemongrass stir-fry with brown rice from the lunch menu, and it was absolutely delicious.
