It took a while for all our food to arrive and for everything to be organized, ensuring that everyone received their orders. On the positive side, they kindly put all the jalapeño poppers, which were incredibly delicious, in one container.
I recently visited Hardee's for the first time, and I have to say that the manager, Adrienne, was the kindest person I encountered during my time in Delaware. She definitely deserves a big hug! Not only was she polite, but she was also friendly and offered us sauces with a warm smile. This made our visit truly memorable, and both Matty and Mark really appreciated the experience. As a frequent visitor to this restaurant, I've always had a fantastic experience. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the food never fails to impress. I want to especially acknowledge Natasha, who has truly stood out as an exceptional employee.
I visited this restaurant on a Saturday around 3 PM and I was really impressed! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was very friendly, and they even brought our food out to us. The burger definitely tasted better than those from Checkers and Burger King.
I need to update my review. We returned on October 15, 2022, and used the drive-thru, ordering the same meal as before. However, there was a noticeable difference this time. The burgers were cold and appeared to be much smaller than during our last visit. I was hoping for the same quality of food, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. They do have a deal on double burgers that were quite good—juicy and flavorful. While the burgers start at $2.99, a full meal costs around $8, which feels a bit expensive.
