The gentlemen (with glasses) who was helping me had NO smile, No Greetings, simply asked me Ready? by looking at me straight into my eyes. This is the 3rd time I've come and have been upcharged on my drinks. I ask for a small drink and I will getcharged a medium drink and I will be given a small or medium drink, depending on what they feel like that day. Once a mistakeunderstandable, but the same mistake every time? I don't believe so. Pay attention because it's completely illegal to upchargeon size like that. Very shady. The second time, I d... read more Will not be going back to this Dunkin. They are very unorganized. I?ve tried an online mobile order twice. The first time my food was cold. The second time, I didn?t even receive half of the correct stuff for my order and was shorted about 10 dollarsworth of food. I couldn?t even get back in line to get the right stuff because I had somewhere to be. Drive through line wasridiculously long and they weren?t doing in store service. I?ll just drive a few more minutes and go to a different Dunkin, orpay extra money and go to Starbucks :
