This afternoon I ordered a chicken gyro it looks terrible and is missing the sauce)We also ordered a cheese pizza that arrived cold. I called to complain about thechicken gyro was told I could get store credit or wait for awhile as they are now busy. So the restaurant messes up the orderand I need to wait longer for a new and improved gyro. I ended up having to be rude which is not like me in other to get a fullrefund instead of a credit. Very disappointed!!!

It gives that traditional new york taste. All the flavors rushed into my mouth at the same time. I could keep eating this pizza and not get tired of it. Their fries are also really good. They are very crunchy and flavor isreally good. They give a good portion for the price and it can be shared between 2-3 people. The delivery driver was reallynice. Our pizza got there efficiently, hot, and ready. There customer service in general is really good. I really like thisplace and will defiantly be ordering from there again.

After reaching out to several staff members, I finally connected with the manager, who assured me I would receive a credit for my next order of wings and that t... read more After reaching out to several staff members, I finally connected with the manager, who assured me I would receive a credit for my next order of wings and that this would be noted alongside my phone number in their system. However, a week later when I called to redeem my credit, I was shocked to find out that I had been banned from the restaurant and that they no longer wanted my business. Even after speaking with multiple people, including another manager, one staff member claimed, "you do this all the time; we are not giving you a credit." I was taken aback, as I had only dined there three times, and the previous week was the first instance where I faced an issue. In the end, he said they would refund my money but reiterated that I was no longer welcome as a customer. I am appalled by how the staff handled their mistake of serving undercooked food. There was a complete absence of politeness, apology, or any basic level of customer service. There was no need to bar me from your establishment as I have no intention of returning. I will also be advising everyone I know to steer clear of your restaurant, including for catering events. Ironically, I am part of several organizations that have used your services before, so consider them banned as well!
