This is a good general liquor store with beers, wines and liquors which will probably meet the needs of 90% of customers. If you are looking for a deeper selection for mixing craft cocktails, this is not the right place. For example, they only have one vermouth (Martini and Rossi) and three amaros (the usual Campari, Aperol, Montenegro). View all feedback.
What Scott F doesn't like about Abc Liquors:
I am a semi-regular, however my visit from 26 June 2020 left a lot to be desired, as there was at least one person w/ no mask on in the store whom the staff made NO attempt to stop from shopping, paying and then leaving. This is WITH proper door signage for 'the rest of us ' to observe (regarding masks being required). The fact that he and his (mask wearing) friend parked their Chevy SUV in a handicapped spot when they weren 't placarded to do so was just icing on the cake. I can at least give 3 stars for selection and lighting and proximity to my house/ease of access.
Has always been my go to liquor store. This last trip could have been my last. I purchased six 1.5 L bottles of wine. The beer I wanted was only available in cans. The employee kept telling me it was a good price . It wasn 't. I went to Fox Run and stopped into ABC. Each bottle of wine was $2 less AND they had the beer I wanted in bottles. Side note: the canned beer was also several dollars less. It 's worth the 3 mile drive up the road for selection and pricing.
Stopped in there today after shopping at ShopRite. I walked in the store and walked to the right of the entrance to see the only employee in the store taking a **** with the door open. I was at awe and felt uncomfortable when I approached the check out and there he was. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as there are many other customer oriented liquor stores within miles of this one.
Since I live within walking distance, I frequent this liquor store a lot. Good for your run of the mill standard stuff. Also quite a selection of local craft beer. Not the place to find German Hefe-Weissen, unfortunately. But we get a lot of our wine and beer and wine coolers and other liquors here. Prices seem about average. They sometimes have tasting samples. All in all, a good place. However, I'll sometimes go to ABC in Fox Run or up to Total Wine and More for a bigger selection, and to compare prices (some better, some not). I've seen some negative reviews, and can't say the reviewers are lying, but can definitively say that I've never seen anything bad like that in the several dozen times I've been in this store. So don't pass this store by because some disgruntled customer who visited once wrote a negative review.
This is an excellent place to go for any liquor needs. The selection is almost unlimited as far as wines, liquors, beers. Management will go the extra mile to make sure that the customers are happy. The people that work there are always willing to help out as needed. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
