Gingernut - Beaconsfield

This restaurant was fantastic; our meals were extremely tasty and the service was very pleasant. to come here, has restored my belief in beaconsfield.

Excellent, everyday food at Gingernut. Worth a visit

Having booked a table through OpenTable we arrived at Gingernut at 7.30 on Sat. 10th August to find the restaurant in darkness with no sign of life whatsoever. In other words it was obviously closed. As you can imagine we were extremely annoyed . Why on earth did OpenTable take our booking and confirm the booking by email when the restaurant was closed? I don't think I can recommend Gingernut or OpenTable

Around 19:30 watch on Friday 6th after open table booking to find the restaurant in darkness and no signs of life! also there was a woman standing outside and looking devastated when she expected another seven people to join her for dinner! she had also booked over open table. Luckily, as there were only two of us, we could get a table in fego around the corner. open table should not book for this restaurant, like further research on the internet when I found going home that it had abruptly ended juli closed. no good experience!
