We were there with the whole family and can say with certainty that we have rarely felt so welcome and cared for. Particularly noteworthy is the outstanding workforce. Every single employee was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although there were occasional minor delays in the meal process, the committed and warm nature of the team more than made up for it. You can feel that a lot of value is placed on hospitality here. The hotel itself is extremely cozy and tastefully designed. There were loving decorations everywhere, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially at New Year's Eve. The spa area is small but very nice. Everything was well maintained, intact and designed with great attention to detail, a place to relax. Our family had a wonderful time here, characterized by fun, cosiness and many beautiful moments. We can highly recommend the Alpenhof and will definitely be happy to come back. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special!
