What Thierry Didier likes about Le Bouchon:
we visited this charming café years ago under the previous owner, and it was nicely remade without losing its intimate charm. The meal is still largely prepared behind the bar within reach if the guests and the inhabitants sit down and discuss in the small bar - all very casual. I love wine! but it! a dry white fruity of red wine served too fresh and an exessive surtax for a bottle of Beaujolais that we wanted to consume on site with two meals I did not understand.
