The food was hot, fresh and fast! My special order was even right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I especially like the patio seating area. My only complaint is as we were leaving there were no signs warning of the wet slippery concrete. It caused a fall to a member of my family. View all feedback.

Purchased two frostycinos at the window. The girl was rude and didn't even take order. Drove to window and she acted like she didn't know what that was. I understand that the pandemic has created many challenges for businesses, including staffing shortages and supply chain disruptions. I was really excited about the opening of a new fast-food restaurant in town, especially since the existing options have not met expectations in terms of customer service and food quality. Unfortunately, my visit to Wendy's has left me with a similar disappointing experience. I would appreciate a response from either the General Manager or District Manager about this matter.
I eventually went inside to return the terrible drinks, which were made with stale coffee and only a splash of half-and-half on a mound of ice. The server took an eternity to assist us and even raised her voice at me. She carelessly tossed my change back at me. After tasting the drink, I nearly felt ill—it was absolutely revolting, like coffee that had been left out for a week! To make matters worse, the server was unprofessional and didn’t even bother to greet us or say thank you. I truly believe she intentionally made the drink poorly. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.
The food was served promptly, hot, and freshly prepared! They even accurately fulfilled my special request. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant maintained a clean environment. I particularly loved the patio seating area. My only concern was the absence of signs warning about the wet, slippery concrete as we were leaving, which unfortunately caused a family member to slip and fall.
I waited for nearly 10 minutes at the speaker while they took 2 or 3 orders from the other line. After that, I waited at least another 10 minutes in line to pull up and pay. The food I ordered was supposed to be a Big Bacon Classic, but what I received was just some meat, a tomato, and an onion covered in ketchup on a bun. Great job!
I waited a full 34 minutes after placing my order in the drive-thru for a $5 meal on November 2nd, from 9:03 PM to 9:37 PM. There was no apology for the wait, no friendly greeting, and no "thank you, have a good night." The management here is lacking, and this isn’t my first negative experience at the Bay Minette location. I've noticed that the breakfast staff is much better than the evening and night shift.
