Mcdonald's - Bay Minette

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is awfully terrible. They burn their food, they take forever, and they don’t care to put any condiments on the burgers. Awful experience, will never go back. i cannot even begin to explain how poor the customer service was. it was actually nasty behavior. would not give our total at the drive thru or window. in fact, at both windows they wouldn’t even make eye contact. they used shakes lids on all drinks including a happy meal for a two year old. there were visible flat lids, but when we asked we were told no they cannot provide one. they did not give us straws and shorted us one medium fry. the sandwiches had no condiments. save your time and money and go to the Sonic, Burger King, or Wendy’s right down the road.

I've lived very close for years have only had about 1 decent experience(AM). Night shift is a joke. No one answers mic no greeting.. leaves you sitting forever. Never accepting cards. Doesn't tell they are out of something just guesses what drink to give you. People always playing around entire building. Gossiping, goin off cursing in front of customers with no care at all. All this just to open my bag at home that's 2 mins away and have COLD food!! Honestly I'm so fed up with them I wish they replace it with something else who actually cares about representing the company and respects their paying customers

They always forget to put something in the bag. Maybe they save it for their break and eat it?
