Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bay Minette

I have ordered the form there so often and they still screw up their orders. they come into the pope to get it together: they never have it right

They looked at me out of the drive threw window , like I was crazy for asking for my senior discount. Then it took them 5-10 minutes to finish . They didn't even give me a receipt. That wasn't the first time . Last week I just gave up and paid the whole price because they were so slow. It's the Popeyes in BayMinette , Alabama..

I don't know who is doing the cooking at Popeyes but they either need to be trained again or need to be given another task. I live in Montgomery but every time I come home to Bay Minette to visit I try to get the Popeyes here. The last two times I've gotten chicken from there it was disgusting and my side of mashed potatoes were just enough for a toddler. The folks in Montgomery may be ratchet and a little hood at times but at least they cook your food like it supposed to be cooked and fill up your sides like they supposed to be filled. DO BETTER BAY MINETTE. That was my last time spending money with y'all.

Greasy fried chicken. Not up to the standard that I have seen at other Popeyes. Long wait time. Called us back to counter to check on what we ordered??? The inside lobby only had one other order while we were inside.After having tried the food, I am not sure why people wait in the drive thru and backup into the highway. Wait time appears to be very long.Between food quality and wait time, not sure we will be back.

Waited 30 minutes in line, only to arrive at the window with the girls texting on their phones. We're told to pull forward ended up waiting another 15 minutes. The food was barely warm. There was hair in the food. I called and was told none of the cooks have black hair. Such a disappointment.
