I used to really enjoy going to the Baxter Starbucks but recently I’ve noticed that the baristas running drive through are becoming pretty rude. They make literally no attempt to engage with their customers. The last time I came the guy just shoved the card machine in my face without saying anything and then handed me my stuff and shut the door in my face before I even had a chance to say thank you. Staff here were always helpful, prompt and friendly. The team here currently work great together. The store was always clean, and orders made exactly as requested. A year ago when I visited I waited almost an hour for my order on more than one occasion (the store was so busy with mobile orders, and I did order 10 coffees) so it's great to see things have changed for the better here Service: Take out
Their coffee is super expensive! And when you pay as much as you do for a large latte, it is so weak and tastes like milk. I was so disappointed the last time I was in there. When you screw up an order you should never make the customer wait on a whole other line of people to fix it. When you do it wrong again after making me wait, you get a bad review.
