We went through drive-through and ordered the fill up box. The biscuits were dark and clearly overcooked. The chicken was dry and none of our meal was hot. I called and spoke with a manager. She didn't even apologize. She said she could put my name down. Before I could give my last name she hung up the phone.
I ordered a fill-up box online for a quick dinner. My food was ready shortly after I arrived, with no long wait. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant, including the waiting area, was clean. The food was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back for that fill-up box—it’s such a great deal!
First time getting the “bowl” in the picture it looks great but what you get is about 1/2 the size, what I got tasted good and thankfully I wasn’t that hungry. My mom asked for some BBQ sauce and the manager gave it to her only after telling her it only comes with the tenders. There was a sticker on the counter advertising the sauce and she promptly removed it. I thought to myself for $28.00 I should not have to beg for a tiny bit of BBQ sauce.
