My mom asked for some BBQ sauce and the manager gave it to her only after telling her it only comes with the tenders. There was a sticker on the counter advertising the sauce and she promptly removed it. I thought to myself for $28.00 I should not have to beg for a tiny bit of BBQ sauce.

I ca... read more We went through drive-through and ordered the fill up box. The biscuits were dark and clearly overcooked. The chicken was dry and none of our meal was hot. I called and spoke with a manager. She didn't even apologize. She said she could put my name down. Before I could give my last name she hung up the phone.
