When I pointed this o... read more Then, when we ordered, everything I wanted was chicken, but the bread was well-made while the meat was raw, and it just wasn't acceptable! When I pointed this out to the staff, she came over, looked at the food, and again said, "That's how it is!" The food was far from healthy—definitely not what I expected. In the end, we left with just a piece of chicken and two slices of dried pizza. It was a disappointing experience overall!

My 9-year-old daughter and I walked in, and the staff member informed me that my daughter would be charged the full price. I tried to explain that she was only 8, but the staff insisted on the full amount, and I didn't want to argue. All I wanted was some chicken, but what I received was overcooked breading and raw meat, which was unacceptable. When I pointed it out to the staff, she just came over, looked at it, and said, "That's what it is!" Raw chicken is definitely not healthy! In the end, we left without any chicken, only two pieces of dried pizza. I won't be coming back!

We ordered... read more Dear children Night on pizza ranch!!! Friendly atmosphere, the food is kept fresh and they will make any pizza you want, that is not on the buffet!!! We ordered a Bronco (meat lover) and a pumpkin dessert pizza and they quickly came out and were amazing! They also had Mac n cheese pizza, sweet pigs (Hawaiian), and a Tuscan romano on the buffet as well as Mac n cheese, chicken fingers, salad, potatoes and gravy, their new sweets dessert pizza, and soft serve ice cream!!! We even found yogurt for our 2 years old who demanded that!! The staff came around regularly to clean dirty dishes, and our toddler kept their plate even though it seemed done. They are always so wonderful about them and interact with them as much as we do when we go!! We love Baxter Pizza Ranch and will definitely be back for more!!!!

Every employee... read more My husband and I just bought a house in Brainerd and checked the area yesterday. When we went into the doors, we were greeted by a happy hostess. Every employee we met was friendly and fun and welcoming. The food was great too. Macaroni and cheese pizza is my favorite thing! They made it fresh and warm and brought it directly to our table. (I know they do this for everyone, but I still think it's wheel! The Blueberry Dessert Pizza was also excellent. I had a great lunch and definitely plan to make this a regular outing.
