I've had a few curries , kebabs pizzas every single time its been delicious. Last night I ordered a spicy mince curry style pizza(Which I Really Recommended to take to work to let my work mates sample this delight they were in awe of how tasty it was , fair to say that'll be our Friday nightshift food sorted . No matter how you want your food Mohammed his staff will tailor your meal to your tastes . FIVE STARS ?

On the rare occasions when there has been a delay in delivery, they've contacted us to inform us. I believe that's a crucial aspect of customer service that every takeaway should implement; it really makes a difference! While there are plenty of options for similar cuisine in Whitburn, Flames stands out for the consistent quality of their food, making it one of my favorites. The prices are reasonable, and the quality remains high and dependable.

The food is of low quality and it takes an incredibly long time to be delivered. This has greatly affected my dining experience, especially when I do not order takeout frequently. The staff's attitude towards this issue is unacceptable. They need to improve their service as it has consistently ruined my evening.

I had to call the restaurant four times and each time I was given different excuses for the delay. Eventually, I was told that my order had been cancelled. However, the delivery driver showed up at my door with my order later on. This was very frustrating and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The restaurant is claiming that the driver was at my door, but he never mentioned this when he arrived and I was not informed of this when I called to inquire about my order.
