I had a fantastic morning at a sushi school in Bath. My friend has coeliac disease, and I'm a vegetarian, so we were both a bit concerned about dietary restrictions. However, I was really impressed by how accommodating James (if I remember his name correctly) was. He made sure we had a great experience while addressing our needs. This restaurant was disappointing. The location was great and the restaurant itself looked amazing. However, the buffet was almost empty so we decided to order fresh items from the menu. The presentation was bland and the fish didn't look as fresh and vibrant as one would expect for salmon and tuna sushi. The vegetable fried rice and tempura were enjoyable. Good and friendly service, good japanese food, soy sauce slightly salty. Fair price. Place is Pleasant and my Kids loved it.
