Being the only diners enhanced our experience, allowing us to have a lovely chat with James, who impressively manages everything on his own! We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of ingredients sourced from around the globe, and the drinks were just as intriguing as the food. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique dining experience in Bath. Each of the four courses, along with the various extras, was consistently excellent and uniquely interesting. The menu was well-crafted, featuring seafood prominently paired with imaginative seasonal produce. In such an intimate setting, it was clear that the chef dedicated full attention to each dish, as everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wine flight was definitely worthwhile, offering intriguing and occasionally unusual selections that paired wonderfully with each course. James was friendly and made us feel very welcome, enhancing the informal atmosphere. We would love to return in the future.
