He had looked over the menu onlin... read more I traveled from Westbury to celebrate my son's birthday at Treetop Café, as he has Crohn's disease and specific dietary needs. He had looked over the menu online and was excited, especially since the café is widely showcased on Instagram. We arrived around 12:15 PM, but unfortunately, none of the four staff members at the entrance greeted us. We found some comfortable chairs to sit in, and when I requested a menu, one of the staff merely pointed to one on the counter. As we reviewed the menu with my son and daughter-in-law, we saw that breakfast was only served until 12 PM, despite the café promoting all-day breakfast in its advertisements. Furthermore, the apple crumble porridge my son wanted to try was missing from the menu entirely. Disappointed, we chose to leave. I believe it is crucial for the café to address these issues to better serve customers with dietary requirements.
