Free brea... read more Had a nice weekend here the room was very tasteful and comfortable; it was so quiet and just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions of Bath. Free breakfast has also not hurt: Would come back and stay without any doubt

I requested non feather bedding due to severe allergie... read more A beautiful building, with A LOT of stairs we stayed on the top floor! Great location for exploring Bath. I requested non feather bedding due to severe allergies, but when we got to our room (again, lots of steps! it was feather bedding. The new manager had real issues trying to solve this, which was very worrying. Eventually, another member of staff sent us on our way and when we returned all was solved. But ... I'd recommend you have a source of non feather bedding to hand for future guests please. The staff on duty the next morning were of a different quality smiling, bubbly, and very welcoming. Especially Salvatore who served us breakfast. Engaging, interesting and a delight. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant experience
