I ve visited this pub on and off for a few years with family and friends and never had a problem. However last Saturday i stopped by for a pint after work at about 10 30pm. The bar maid called last orders and very nicely asked if I wanted another pint before closing. However midway through drinking it a large and charmless gentleman with an Irish accent rudely approached the table i was sat at and demand i leave. It was about 11 15pm. I told him id leave when id finished and he then told me to hurrys da fook up about it I assumed that he was the landlord of the place so feeling a bit unwelcome i left my pint and went. I realised id left my headphones so i turned around to get them and this pillock slammed the door in my face. The nice bar lady did eventually bring them out for me and apologised for this guys behaviour, but i certainly found it off putting and definitely won 't be drinking there again Price per person: £1–10 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Had a delightful lunch on Boxing Day with friendly staff and excellent value.
