Excellent pint pricing given where we are. Fun video game corner and pool section. But you’re not here for that in this review. You want to hear about the Biscoff Burger, don’t you? As the team shealtered from storm Darragh, I took to what I normally do in times of crisis, eat. The Biscoff burger consisted of a burger patty, bacon and a large smothering of Biscoff sauce on the two brioche buns. The flavour profile was very unique. The sweet, almost carmel taste of the Biscoff sauce was beautifully cut through by the fat and salt of the burger and bacon. The bun served to soak up the sauce. Whilst at the end of the meal I felt a bit queasy, perhaps was that was more up to the 5 pints I had already ingested. The fries were just okay. Salty potatoes ticks to soak up alcohol. Would have prepared big chips.
