What carlamsay likes about Ruposhi Indian:
We had a takeaway from here. The service was a bit slow, it took two hours to be delivered when we were told less and also had to call to find out where it was. The food however was delicious and good value. View all feedback. What Trevor G doesn't like about Ruposhi Indian:
Delivery was to time. Food very old fashioned way too much ghee and sauces very brown and muddy. In 40 years a curryholic, never have I had to pay 70p extra to make a curry hot. And it wasn't hot not remotely. All dishes (prawn puree, methi paneer, chicken jalfrezi, mushroom bhaji) were pretty bland. Watch the game there, friendly staff with free decent Wi-Fi and a beautiful, clean feeling for the place. Very good, thank you. Well done.

read moreRuposhi, a prominent Indian takeaway in Bath, has garnered mixed reviews from patrons. Many diners noted the food's old-fashioned preparation, often drowning in ghee, lacking in flavor and variety, with items like burnt naan and tough meat disappointing expectations. While some appreciated fresh, well-spiced dishes, frequent issues with order accuracy and long wait times plagued the experience. Despite the restaurant's reputation as a local favorite, diners expressed a yearning for a more modern Indian cuisine reflective of culinary trends in larger cities. Overall, the experience appears inconsistent, leaving many customers questioning future visits.
