The atmosphere was fantastic, and the restaurant has a lovely interior. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, served hot, and fresh. I was disappointed with the chow mein I received. It wasn't the stir-fried noodles I expected at all. Instead, they just provided a small bag of deep-fried snacks and called it chow mein. It even included fried rice, but there wasn't a single noodle in sight. I've attached pictures comparing traditional chow mein to what I got from this place. View all feedback.
This is the best Chinese food I have had in Maine in the past 3 years! The prices are also very reasonable.
Taste buds blown away with the explosion of flavors. First night in the bathroom “Great start with Charm Thai”.

I ended up throwing away most of my meal. The General Tso's chicken was nearly impossible to bite through, and the sweet and sour chicken had a strange taste and was quite tough.
