The menu is short as they build it around... read more My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Solo Bistro. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu. The menu is short as they build it around what is fresh and local. The Strawberry arugula salad was a nice accompaniment to the local fresh oysters on the half shell with a raspberry vinegar mignonette. The wine and beer list is great. Our meals were both tasty and fresh. I would highly recommend Solo Bistro for a special occasion
