Really good and secret! Prices are reasonable and their services are generous. We have our food very fast and it was fresh and delicious. (This is the chicken rice on the picture) the picture is my food half eaten, so the portions are large View all feedback.
What Lee W doesn't like about Jade Lotus Asian Cafe:
Order the confusing build your own buffet sesame chicken was extremely hard and chewy. Waiter claimed it was because they deep fried it. I claim its because they don 't know how to properly fry. Asked for soy sauce and was handed a sticky nasty bottle with buildup all over it. That was it for me, had to walk out to gofind some real food in a more sanitary restaurant. Gross, inedible. Best restaurant meal we've had in Bath. Crispy, tasty general Tso's chicken. And poncit bihon, what a nice surprise. It's a bit out of the way on the south side of hiway 1, but worth finding them.
Oh, dear. This used to be our favorite Chinese place north of Portland and south of Rockland, but our takeout tonight was BAD. Like, real, real bad. They don 't even know how to fold a dumpling. Look at this shrimp shumai. Clearly, the folks in the kitchen have no idea what they are doing when it comes to Chinese food. Yikes. Bummer.
Normally this place is great, tonight the food was terrible, the Lomein was dry and tasted old, the chicken fingers were mushy on the inside and seemed undercooked. I ordered fried wontons and received wonton chips. I called to try and clear up the issue and they kept telling me, I ordered the wrong item. I’ve ordered this item multiple times before and never had an issue. So I went back to the menu to see if I ordered the wrong thing and there was only one option for fried wontons. Very poor service tonight.

Food is usually good here but not tonight, pork fried rice went in the trash due to no flavor, no pork and sticky and mushy. Chicken Teriyaki went to the dog because it was so dry and chicken wings were over cooked and burnt. So dissatisfied after spending $60 on take out. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
