Dunkin' - Bath
Dunkin'
Description
At this Bath Dunkin' the dining room is clean and lines move fast, and the menu offers solid variety — sometimes producing perfectly made coffee and a reliably good chocolate milk. However, service quality is inconsistent: drive-thru errors, brusque or inexperienced staff, and poor management oversight lead to frequent wrong or poorly mixed drinks. Regular customers praise efficiency and occasional skilled baristas, but expect uneven results and spotty customer care.

Feedback
Dunkin’ in Bath is disappointing. The store is clean, but they constantly mess up my coffee, and I always have to go back to get it fixed. There’s no friendly service—no smiles, no enthusiasm to take your order—unless the staff are from the Brunswick location filling in. There are no managers available for refunds, and when they have to remake a drink, they clearly seem annoyed, making it uncomfortable to visit. Even McDonald’s, staffed mostly by teenagers, provides better service, which is sad and frustrating. I shouldn’t have to drive to another town just to have a decent coffee without guessing if it’ll be right. I won’t waste my time or money here anymore. I don’t ask for much—just a large coffee with 5 creams and 5 pumps of vanilla bean syrup, well stirred. I work in the food industry and can’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a simple drink. It should take no more than three minutes to brew coffee, add cream, pump syrup five times, and stir. Clearly, there’s a lack of proper management, and the employees are suffering because of it.
Dunkin' is very efficient and always ensures the lines move quickly. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly. Their menu offers a great variety to choose from!
This Dunkin' location urgently needs comprehensive training across all areas. Many employees lack the patience to take orders properly, and more often than not, you don’t receive what you requested. While they may seem indifferent, customers are paying for quality service, not free of charge. Their cappuccino often tastes like burnt milk, and the frozen coffees are typically overloaded with cream, resulting in a bland drink. The only consistently good item seems to be their chocolate milk. I’ve tried numerous drinks here, and each time the order was not prepared correctly. Immediate improvements are necessary.
You have about a 50 percent chance they'll get your food order correct, and most of the time it's done sloppy.
