Many employees lack the patience to take orders properly, and more often than not, you don’t receive what you requested. While they may seem indifferent, customers are paying for quality service, not free of charge. Their cappuccino often tastes like burnt milk, and the frozen coffees are typically overloaded with cream, resulting in a bland drink. The only consistently good item seems to be their chocolate milk. I’ve tried numerous drinks here, and each time the order was not prepared correctly. Immediate improvements are necessary.
