Was the worst customer service I have ever had. Whoever the lady was that took out order kept huffing and puffing while taking order. Then she was outside smoki... read more Was the worst customer service I have ever had. Whoever the lady was that took out order kept huffing and puffing while taking order. Then she was outside smoking a cig while taking order on top of getting the order wrong 2 times! Had to wait for food 45 min. And made everyone pull to the side to get they orders. But had apx 10 employees working standing around.multiple cars got they money back and went to Jacks instead. Never again Batesville KFC. U need to fire that lazy lady.

The other worker had to put ice in my cu... read more The register at the counter apparently didn't work so the cashier had to run back and forth to the drive-thru register. The other worker had to put ice in my cup and the cups of the other two people I was there with and there wasn't enough ice to go around. Got my food in a to go bag even though I dined in. No ketchup in my bag. Got drink out of fountain machine, all of the drinks were flat. Oh and no napkins in bag at all. But, food was good, staff was friendly, and atmosphere was good because we were the ONLY ones in there.
