Service is garbage. I placed an online order and when I got to the restaurant to pick up the order, they asked if I wanted something else because they didn’t want to drop the chicken on the order that I placed. Mind you, they had 15 to make the food before I even got there to pick it up, yet they waited until I got there to say they didn’t have any but they had plenty of time to cook my order before I even got there. I told them I didn’t want the white meat that they offered me when I got there and that I will wait on the dark meat that I placed and paid for on the app. They said it would be a 15 minute wait for the food that I ordered ?. Then they proceeded to take 25 minutes to get my food to me after all of that.
Was the worst customer service I have ever had. Whoever the lady was that took out order kept huffing and puffing while taking order. Then she was outside smoking a cig while taking order on top of getting the order wrong 2 times! Had to wait for food 45 min. And made everyone pull to the side to get they orders. But had apx 10 employees working standing around.multiple cars got they money back and went to Jacks instead. Never again Batesville KFC. U need to fire that lazy lady.
Pulled in at 9:50. Was made aware they were cooking to order. Made our order with postive attitude.

I should have read the reviews I ordered 4 piece combo in the drive through when I got to hotel it was two piece my side coleslaw had a drink lid on it I asked for silverware got none The place wasn’t busy at all but only had spicy chicken so I said that was fine so I wouldn’t have to wait. Still didn’t get my order, right There is a Popeyes chicken across the street. They had a long line. Apparently that’s the place to go not KFC
