Inside, I was told that t... read more I ordered online from KFC and went to the store to pick up my meal, but when I arrived, two employees were smoking in the parking lot. Inside, I was told that the 8-piece meal I ordered was only available as original breast, and when I asked if they were cooking more, they said they would start now and it would take 20 minutes. I've had similar experiences before at this location. Despite management calling me previously, nothing has changed. If this is how things are run, KFC should consider closing this store. At 8:30 PM, they didn’t even have chicken ready to serve, yet they remain open until 10. Last time, I went across the street to Popeyes, their competitor, and they had a full range of chicken options on their menu. I wish I didn’t like KFC’s chicken so much. Maybe it’s time for a complete overhaul of the staff—stop having employees smoke outside, and instead have them working inside cleaning and preparing food. Until then, they’re just not ready to serve customers properly. Management seems to be the biggest issue here.

They often run out of pot pies, but just last week when my sister and I went to order a family meal, we were told they were completely out of CHICKEN???? KFC out of chicken—that's ridiculous! This isn’t even the first time they've said this! They don’t say they’re cooking more or waiting for a delivery—just completely out. I don’t understand why KFC would even open if they don’t have chicken. Also, don’t bother calling—they’re not answering the phone either.
