However, it seems I missed the cancellation cutoff by 9 hours, and despite having supposedly received a notification about it four days prior, I didn't receive any email (I checked my inbox, deleted items, and spam folder—nothing). They refused to cancel the order. Factor claims, "As a growing brand, we are constantly trying to improve," but this isn't the way to do it. It's disappointing to be treated this way, only to be met with gaslighting and refusal to assist with an order that won't ship for several more days. Given these frustrating experiences, I will NEVER order from Factor again. Two thumbs down.

We were charged multiple times, even though our meals never reached our home, and getting a refund has been nearly impossible. It's really disappointing to see a business decline so quickly. I wish them good luck in addressing these issues!
