We have always been satisfied so far.

After we were returned there on 2 occasions we were conquered by the frame and kitchen of the essille. Laurent and his team responded to our expectations. The organization was perfect. the wine of honour on the terrace with various drinks at discretion was accompanied by verrines, leaflets, accras and other pieces made with accuracy by the chef in the kitchen. the meal that followed in the restaurant room with modern decoration was exquisite. the delicious foie gras served in the entrance, then the veal piece to the perfect cooking and finally the piece of cabbage prepared on the moment delighted our guests, all accompanied by a selection of wines proposed by laurent. the elegant and discreet service was at the height of the event. Finally we took advantage of the hotel's comfort and our guests. a great thank you to laurent for its welcome and availability, to the chef in the kitchen for all these flavors and to the whole team of the essille for this unforgettable moment.
