Visited on Sunday with my 10 yo, my mum & her friend, who is a fussy eater. I booked knowing it would be busy. We where greeted by lovely, friendly staff & it just went up & up from there! Though the menu looked basic & a little confusing it was anything but. The food was plentiful, fresh & mouth watering. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The wait staff where helpful, cheerful & friendly. Can't wait to come back... View all feedback.
What Domenic Mills doesn't like about Feral Brewing Company:
Hop hog is my beer of choice when I'm out - I'm a feral fan. But the menu is expensive for what it is, and it's not great. I chose the meat platter expecting a selection of meats, but was told you get to choose 1 meat only. This came out with 4 bits of bread and a sprinkling of greenery. Having been in the Barossa and Mclaren Vale last month I had stupendous platters of fresh produce at the same price. Perth and Fera... View all feedback.
Hi, We were a party of 4. I ordered the 220gm scotch fillet steak. That and a quarter of a plate of rocket add some vinegar and salt was what I got. It works out at $145 per kg for the meat. No chips no tomato no bread roll. It was cooked as I asked. I just think that is why Perth people are going out less. Just no value. $11 for a pint of beer. The service was good, the atmosphere was fine. Wooden tables and cutlery in a box on the table so certainly not five star but who would expect it. Friends had the lamb something. Three small pieces and again over $32. None of the meals would have made you full. So we got chips a bucket for $9 and veggies i think the same price. My wife had chicken which seemed marginally better at $22 for a half chicken. Certainly that was filling. Again nothing with it.
This is in Swan Valley area. It not only makes beer but also serves food. Do check out different beers here. They are just amazing. Fries are chili powder covered, very special. Chicken is well roasted. Special jam for bread and so on.

Come on guys, time to run with the ball and stop ripping us off.
Since I discovered Hop Hog this has been my favorite brewing co even tho we see very little Feral in Vic. Couldn't pass up on a chance to visit the much talked about Brewpub whilst in town and now I know what the fuss is all about! The beer is undoubtedly amazing if you're into craft beer and hops but what the f@#$!!! .....the food is what left me clutching my pregnant beer belly in a blissfully content state, hovering on the edge of an orgasmic food coma of epic proportions.Pork belly and fennel....so good and the serve was generous, cosmic crackling too. The slow cooked lamb and jus incredible as well, even the cauliflower salad so different yet delicious and well balanced. Also tried a custom paddle of 6 beers which was an adventure in itself, the variety and quality outstanding. Price is negligible when the flavours are so damn good, it wasn't cheap but worth every cent. Legendary stuff.
