One suggestion for improvement would be to add an additional hot food order screen, as the current setup only allows one person to order at a time. This can cause delays during busy hours, leading to long waiting queues around midday.

I took it back to the store an... read more I bought a beef wrap at 11 O' Clock and when I got home and started to eat it I was nearly sick. The beef wasn't rare it was raw! I took it back to the store and all the manager wanted to do was argue about it. As far as I was concerned the wrap was disgusting and completely inedible. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the manager and with the quality of the food. A simple refund and an apology would have done the trick. Rudeness to a customer isn't what I expected.

The staff were lovely but seemed to spend all their time explaining the new complex menu system. I used to enjoy having breakfast there but certainly won’t be going back. To make it worse it’s really expensive as well.

Didn't have what I wanted,... read more So rules bit more relaxed, thought the service would be a bit more normal.. No Self service carry on, I ordered on my phone 1st time! Didn't have what I wanted, so ordered 3 meals. Hot choc machine was out of order, no choc sprinkles in Despenser! Meal came, Not cooked, so my jacket potato went back, no cheese on it either, had to ask for some butter too, the 2 breakfasts were shockingly cold.bacon not even cooked! It came back not any better to be fair.. One of the worse meals I've ever had the misfortune to pay for.. Won't be returning, should av gone MC ds
