Ich nehme an, es ist unfair als Asiate aus Kalifornien, in Basel authentische Ramen zu erwarten. Ich bestellte Chashu Miso Ramen, die sofort mit einem Lächeln kam. Die Nudeln waren das beste, da sie richtig gekocht wurden. Das Chashu war hauchdünn und obwohl es nicht authentisch schmeckte, war es in Ordnung. Das Ei sah aus, als wäre es vor einiger Zeit gekocht worden, und die Miso-Suppenbrühe schmeckte wie in heißem Wasser verdünnte Miso-Paste. Das Schlimmste war der Ramen, der 23 kostete. 50 CHF. Die Kellnerin war jedoch super nett und half mir zu verstehen, wie man in der Schweiz Trinkgeld gibt. Schade für das Personal, dass das Restaurant die meiste Zeit fast leer war.

Namamen has some decent vegan options when they are hungry and need to fill. the atmosphere is a little flat and it is not the finest Asian cuisine that they eat, but it is delicious, fast and fill. the personal was helpful to also advise on vegan options.

Delicious ramen dishes as you know it. The chicken pockets were delicious, and the miso soup was also tasty. Prices from Fr.20. Mochi was very tasty for dessert. Very nice service. You sit behind high glass panes for a while, but normally there isn't much going on at the sober trade fair location. Open only Mon-Fri noon to 2.30 p.m. (order by 2 p.m. and evenings from 6 p.m. Sat/Sun only open for trade fairs.
