This fantastic place to have lunch proves that a social project can become a success, and can compete by it's choice , kindness and prices with any restaurant i... read more This fantastic place to have lunch proves that a social project can become a success, and can compete by it's choice , kindness and prices with any restaurant in this part - rather posh area in Basel!Grat concept-: YOU SEE THE DISHES, and choose- then they are served by extremely friendly statt- The variety is great , the lamb chops can compete with any place, the fish with wild rice , great- home nade cake- salad or soup, both fresh!The place is great, you have locals, elderly people, students, regulars, and all is just a bit of home- but still modern!The staff - my compliments!Apart from that they sell some candles for a social project-Go there- opposite to the synagogue, and enjoy Basel's Cantina!Thank you for the delicious meal- we all enjoyed!
