I ordered wingstop off of doordash and picked it up. On doordash it tells you that you can skip the line and show an employee your order so that’s what i did. I get up to the counter and the lady that was taking orders rudely says to me “weren’t you behind everyone”. Not only that but i also had to waste my time filling out a paper that i got my food. Seems like their service needs some changes. ??

As an Uber eats driver I couldn't believe how I was treated by the manager so I asked the company to never send me back to that wingstop and I was even thinking about ordering for myself there but after the treatment I got that she even threw me out just because I was on the phone with uber explaining what she had told me about taking only one of the orders and not the other because she doesn't seem to understand my cancelation is affected as well so I have to call them. I never disrespected her and I don't curse for her to have treated me the way she did

They don't care about you very, very rude. They'll throw you out for nothing. You won't even disrespect them, and they'll throw you out.

Location was extremely busy but it was because it was so slow. We waited 40 minutes to get our food. When I looked back in the kitchen there was plenty of food cooked sitting above the fryers but the staff couldn't figure out how to put orders together. When I asked for a water cup I was told the only way to get water was to buy a drink. They wouldn't even let me fill up my own cup with water without buying a $3+ drink. When I asked for paper towels (because the dining room was out) the staff member spilled a pox of potatoes, half of which were rotten. Run from this restaurant.

Long extended waits even when placed online(45min) , long hold times on calls sometimes never answered, rude and unpleasant management,favoritism shown to certain guests, employees working in clothing inappropriate for work (booty shorts) cashiers on their phones, dirty floors, locked restrooms,
