This restaurant review is extremely negative. The customer went to get a sub for themselves and their wife, and initially thought the vegetables looked fresh and clean. However, they were appalled by the appearance of some tomatoes that were discolored and looked unappetizing. The reviewer expresses their disgust and urges the restaurant to fix this issue, as no one would want to eat such poorly prepared food.
I was impressed with the upgrades at this restaurant. The food was delicious with fresh, crispy vegetables and hot, soft bread. My family and I go here at least once a week. The staff also appeared to be more friendly.
I visited this Subway for dinner on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised to see that the lone employee working there was able to handle multiple orders efficiently. Despite her busy workload, she greeted me apologetically and promised to assist me promptly. I was initially worried about the wait time, but she proved to be incredibly fast and proficient at her job. She took care of my order with a smile and engaging conversation, leaving me with a positive experience. I regret not getting her name, as I'm sure she deserves recognition for her excellent service. Her uniquely colored blue and red hair made her stand out, and I believe that she is a valuable asset to the team. This Subway will definitely be my go-to spot in the area from now on.
My husband Went tonight to pick up an order he had ordered in the app and was greeted by a nice young lady named Alexis, come to find out that it was not ready because another employee named Barbara accepted the order then deleted it from the system before Alexis could even make it. My husband was very excited to see that Alexis was all alone to take several orders on his own while the other employee named Barbara Was left in the back sitting down Alexis to do all work and would not come to help her. felt really bad for the girl, you could say she was very overwhelmed when she seemed pregnant and had several orders coming, as well as a lobby full of people and Barbara refused to help her!! Alexis did an excellent job!
