Consistently flavorful and welcoming, it’s worth the trip.

I had the French toast for breakfast, and it was quite good. My husband ordered the Bluebird Omelet and later the Smokehouse Pasta, which he really enjoyed. The cheese mousse dessert was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly; however, they had some trouble with restocking items and getting our full orders out, even though the place wasn't busy at the time. Perhaps it was just an off day.
I just had the Cumberland Falls Chicken Sandwich. It was the best chicken sandwich I ever had. The quality of the chicken was excellent. There was only the correct amount of each topping, all fresh and high quality. I'll take the trip to Stanford to get it back.
Bluebird has been my go-to for wholesome eats for YEARS. There’s something about this place that resets my soul. Thanks for always being great!
The diner is quite nice and very clean. The host was very friendly and seated us promptly. My friend ordered the BLT with homemade potato chips and fried green tomatoes, while I had the Smokehouse Pasta. We were both pleased with our meals. I would have given them a five-star rating, but the noise coming from the kitchen was quite loud and a bit distracting, especially with my hearing aid.
